All Domestic orders are shipped via Expedited delivery service through Canada Post or UPS and are insured and tracked.
Carrier information, shipping confirmation and tracking number will be supplied after the order has been processed and shipped.
All USA and International orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel-USA and Xpresspost International respectively.
Once an order has been delivered to Canada Post or to appropriate courier service, all title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to the customer.
All USA and International orders are declared as 'Sale of Goods'.
Hughes Clothing has no control over customs fees incurred from importing goods, nor can provide accurate predictions as to what costs may be incurred.

In order to return or exchange goods you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and once authorized, must ship said item(s) back to us within 7 days.
Returned goods may be exchanged for another item or redeemed for Store Credit equal to the whole amount of said goods. Refunds are NOT offered at this time, except in the case of damaged or defective goods. 
All discounted goods are FINAL SALE. All jewelry & skincare products are FINAL SALE. In the case of further discounts, we do not offer price adjustments on previously placed orders. 
All associated costs of shipping for returned orders are the responsibility of the customer. Receipt of shipping cost will be calculated at ship time and supplied to customer with invoice for charges.
In the event of a lost package, customer must be able to produce proof of delivery.
Any returned items must have their original tags attached and remain in unworn, salable condition.
All international customers must clearly mark "RETURNED GOODS" on packages and use a local postal service. Any items shipped back to us using any courier service (UPS, DHL, etc.) will NOT be accepted.
