Shipping
A reputable transit company, including Canada Post, will deliver all orders in a timely fashion. Normal transit times should be 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery days are Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation along with a tracking number that you may use to track your order. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

How We Calculate Shipping
Shipping to Canada: $15 for the first item, $5 for each additional item
Shipping to USA: $20 for the first item, $7 for each additional item

There may be additional shipping charges, depending on size of parcel, the destination and the speed required. We will inform you by email in this instance to arrange for additional charges.

Payment Options
At Hughes we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Prices
Any prices displayed are in Canadian funds and do not include shipping or tax.

Return Policy
• If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return your unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 2 days upon receipt, for a refund.
• Returned items should not have been worn or damaged and should be returned unused and in good condition.
• Obtain return approval before returning items. Contact us via email to hughes@hughesclothing.com, in Subject line enter “Return Request”, write the reason for the return and identify the item(s) you wish to return.
• There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to returns.
• Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
• Items that are sale priced are final sales and not returnable.

Important for Returns:
• Include your sales receipt and confirmation e-mail
• Ensure footwear is in original box
• Clothing must have all tags attached
• Merchandize must not have been worn or damaged

Personal Information
All personal information, which we are given to process your purchase, will be handled confidentially and not given to a third party. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted.

Product Information
Hughes Ltd. reserves the right of unintentional errors in the product information or on our web pages. We cannot guarantee pictures to display all colours with 100% accuracy.

Force Majeur
If Hughes Ltd. fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeurs such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, Hughes will not be responsible to the consequences.

Price Changes
Hughes Ltd. reserves the right to change prices. The price at the time of making an order is valid throughout the buying process.

Changes to the Assortment
Hughes Ltd. reserves the right to change its stock available on the site and the right to take out items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
